Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@davidomo.com with your order number.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Return shipping is non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at service@davidomo.com to arrange the return and shipment of your replacement.

Warranty — Lifetime Colour Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty against color fading and tarnishing.

If your piece experiences tarnishing or color changes under normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
